Venture capital sites tend toward two failure modes: corporate sterility or aggressive over-design. Infinity VC needed a third option — credible to founders and LPs alike, distinctive enough to remember, restrained enough to trust with capital. Standard vertical-scroll layouts felt like every other firm's site. The horizontal-scroll structure became the differentiator.
We built the site as a horizontal narrative — each section reveals as the visitor scrolls right, mirroring the linear progression of how the firm thinks about portfolio companies. Clean typography, deliberate negative space, and a restrained color system signal seriousness without theater. The motion is purposeful: it makes the site memorable while staying entirely professional.
