We don't sell AI. We build systems that use it — pipelines, integrations, internal tools, and operator dashboards that work in production, not just in demos.

We work with founders and operators who have a real operational problem and need a real system to solve it. Not a proof of concept. Not a pitch deck with “AI-powered” on every slide. A working system, tested against real data, running in production, with documented failure modes and an operator who knows how to use it.

§what we build
01

Integrations & Pipelines

Stitching systems together. Hardware to commerce, commerce to email, data to decisions. Vending sales reconciling against Shopify SKUs in under 90 seconds.

02

Custom Tools & Internal Apps

Tools you couldn't buy off the shelf. Operator dashboards. Reasoning interfaces. Internal platforms built for the team that actually uses them.

03

Automation & Workflows

Quiet automations that compound. Drive uploads triggering AI image generation triggering ad approval emails triggering Meta publishing.

04

Strategy & Architecture

What to build, what not to build. Where AI earns its weight in your stack and where it would just add noise.

What we build

  • Production pipelines tied to operations
  • Custom internal tools and dashboards
  • AI integrations against real data
  • Architecture and scoping work

What we don't build

  • Demos and proof-of-concepts as deliverables
  • Generic chatbots
  • AI features without operational metrics
  • Projects measured by "sounds impressive"

L01

Vending hardware — telemetry stream

Nayax cashless readers on each machine stream sale events in real time. Every tap, every transaction, every error code. The edge layer captures raw telemetry and pushes it to the reasoning pipeline within seconds.

L02

Reasoning pipeline — reconciliation + tagging

Claude API processes each telemetry event against the operator's retail SKU catalog. The pipeline reconciles what was sold on-machine with what exists in Shopify, tags discrepancies, and flags anomalies.

L03

Operator dashboard — VendOS

A custom Next.js + Supabase application built for the operator team. Real-time sales view, machine health monitoring, inventory alerts, and reconciliation status.

L04

Shopify inventory — SKU sync

Reconciled data syncs back to Shopify Admin API. Inventory levels update automatically. Sales attribution flows through. From vending machine to Shopify in under 90 seconds.

How a project starts.

01

Discovery

1 week, fixed fee

We sit with your operation. Watch the work happen. Find the friction. Identify where AI earns its weight and where it doesn't.

02

Architecture

1–2 weeks, fixed fee

We design the system. Write the spec. Show you what we'll build before we build it. You either green-light, modify, or kill the project here.

03

Build

4–12 weeks, fixed scope

We embed in your workflow and ship. Production-grade from day one. Tested against real data. Documented as we go.

04

Handoff

ongoing or one-time

We hand you the system you can run. Or we keep running it for you. Your call.
