Most emerging brands launch with their site and figure out marketing later. The result: low launch traction, slow customer acquisition, and revenue that doesn't compound. We were brought in pre-launch to build the entire customer acquisition and retention infrastructure before the site went live, so day-one traffic converted and recurring revenue compounded from the first month.
We built the full stack: Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram business, Shopify Facebook & Instagram sales channel, Meta Pixel implementation. Klaviyo flows for browse abandonment, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP segmentation — nine flows total, all custom-designed. Paid media architecture across Meta with creative variants and audience layers tested from launch. The integrated system meant launch-day paid traffic landed on a converting site with personalized lifecycle automation already running.
