Multi-location franchise sites usually fail at one of two jobs: they either prioritize wholesale and lose retail, or prioritize retail and bury the partnership opportunity. All Star Bagel needed both audiences served clearly — wholesale buyers and franchise prospects on one path, retail customers ordering from the flagship on another, without either feeling like an afterthought.

We split the site into two clearly delineated journeys from the homepage. Wholesale and partnership inquiries route to a dedicated business-development flow with case studies, capability statements, and qualified-lead capture. Retail customers route directly to the flagship store's e-commerce, with location-finding for the other 20+ stores. Both flows are visually unified under one brand.
